Since this is a private function, Lorette may need some occasional help 
setting up and getting information to everyone.  She volunteers people if she
need help, so pick your poison early for greatest satisfaction.


Are you willing to help with conference setup/ cleanup?  There will be
professionals doing most of this.


Are you willing to help with connections to hotels?  There will be buses for
each evening's functions.

Everyone is welcome to come early or stay late for more personal visits. We
can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably, at home on both ends of the
conference and would enjoy immediate collaboration/technology transfer.
